The First Amendment of the United States Constitution states:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

Every Tuesday, a team of patriots from each County of New California gathers together at their local courthouse to read the week's Grievance against the current California state leadership. A different Grievance is publicly read each week, leading up to a total of 95 Grievances against the State of California.
